Getting to Bristol

We look forward to hosting you in Bristol.

Below you can find instructions for getting to Bristol and the University, as well as suggestions about where to stay.

Please remember that if you are travelling from outside the UK, you may now need to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation in advance of travelling, and you must travel with a passport (you can no longer enter the UK with only an EU identity card). Please note: it currently costs £10 pounds to obtain an ETA, but the price will go up to £16 pounds from 9th April.

Conference Venue

The University of Bristol is located in Clifton.
The conference will take place in the Arts Complex located on Woodland Road. The complex encompasses multiple buildings.

The main entrance is on 7 Woodland Road.

The registration and information desk will be located in the main foyer (straight ahead of you as you enter). All refreshments and food for coffee breaks and lunch will also be served in this area.  â€‹

All of the panel rooms are located a short distance from the foyer, and will be clearly signposted. All rooms are fully accessible.
